Srinivas E. Rao, MS, MTech, MS; President

Mr. Rao is the President and also the Chief Architect, responsible for operations; design, development, and delivery of the product. He holds MS and MTech degrees from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, India, and an MS degree from Stanford University. He is a recipient of scholarship award from the Government of India and Stanford University, published research work in peer reviewed journals and presented peer reviewed technical papers in conferences. His work experience started with MCard, a healthcare software start-up, comprised of a small team of graduates from Stanford University and Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He later worked for Schlumberger, BMC Software, Landmark Graphics (presently Halliburton), and as a freelancer, in the fields of software development and architecture. He has over 15 years of experience in product design, development, team management, and operations.

Krishan Bharadwaja, MD, MRCP, FACP Medical Architect

Dr. Bharadwaja graduated as a MD in 1960. As a professor of medicine at Hahnemann University and the College of Allied Health Sciences he developed extensive expertise in developing, testing and directing teaching programs for medical students, resident physicians and physician extenders. As Director, School of Continuing Education at Hahnemann University over a period of four years he had direct responsibility for planning and executing numerous physician continuing education seminars for updating physician skills. As Director of Training, Internal Medicine; at the Naval Hospital San Diego and Professor of Medicine at the Armed Forces University of Health Sciences he has been responsible for the training program for internal medicine residents.

He was elected to the national medical honor society Alpha Omega Alpha; and is the recipient of numerous awards which include the Raja Reddiar Gold medal for Graduate of the year, Latter Street Hostellers Gold medal for student of the year; the Upjohn Award as Intern of the Year for 1970 at Philadelphia General Hospital, the Billing’s Gold Medal from the AMA, the Lindback Foundation Teaching Award at Hahnemann University and the Stitt Award for Teaching and Leadership for two consecutive years at the Naval Hospital San Diego.

His professional experiences include directing and actively executing clinical services in the outpatient, emergency care, inpatient, cardiac surgery intensive care, shock and trauma, and chronic care settings; and academic work includes editing a number of texts in clinical medicine.

His business and industry experience which includes directing the quality assurance and customer service departments at Rugged Computer Systems over four years provides MedicMatics with a strong quality assurance and customer service orientation. He has extensive knowledge of EHR platforms currently available and has developed the technical and information specifications for the XUMIX platform.

Jonathan Connor, JD; General Counsel

Mr. Connor has been practicing law since 1994, giving him the opportunity to establish and maintain a high level of expertise in several different areas of the law. Mr. Connor has designed and implemented the structures for numerous corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships and other business ventures for a variety of clients.

Neeraja Gedela, MS; Project Manager

Ms. Gedela is senior project manager at MedicMatics. She holds a BE degree from Andhra University, Vizag, India, and MS degree in Computer and Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech. She has been a Hardware Engineer at Teradyne and a Systems Engineer at Dell Inc. She has in depth experience in designing, testing PC boards and servers, including the development of product feature definition and related documentation.

Razia Bharadwaja, MD; Chief Administrator

Dr. Bharadwaja is a primary care physician who has extensive experience in outpatient medicine. She is the chief administrator of the medical template team, while also contributing to development of the scope of the templates.

Praveen Enuganti, MS; Director Customer Service, Senior Development Manager

Mr. Enuganti holds BTech degree from Osmania University, Hyderabad, India, and MS degree from New Jersey Institute of Technology. He has extensive experience in software development and worked for companies that include Lucent Technologies, UBS among others. He is stationed overseas as manager of our Hyderabad operations.

DR. S.D Rajendran, PhD

Dr. Rajendran is an academic and clinical Pharmacologist. He retired as the Head of the Department and Professor at the Department of Pharmacy Practice, JSS College of Pharmacy located in Ooty, India in April 2008. He is currently the Head of Pharmaco-vigilance. Dr Rajendran has received numerous awards and honors for his work. He is a well published author and has presented several papers in the field of Pharmacology. He is a senior member of our clinical pharmacy team which is lead by Dr. Bharadwaja.

Daljeet Singh, MD, ABA, UHM

Dr. Singh has extensive clinical experience in anesthesia and undersea hyperbaric medicine and is certified in both these specialties. His administrative experience includes Chairmanship of the anesthesia department and his business experience includes a number of startups, one of which has been acquired by Nuance Technology.

Inder P. Goel, MD, F.R.C.S (England), F.A.C.S., F.A.C.C.

Dr. Goel brings to his role outstanding analytical, management, presentation and guidance skills complemented by exemplary judgment. His three continent cultural and medical experiences provide us with a very unique and broad perspective. Dr. Goel has served as Senior Registrar, Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgery at Guys Hospital, London, UK, before coming to the United States as Research Fellow, Cardiovascular surgery at Harvard Medical School. Four years later, he assumed the positions of Chief, Division of Thoracic Surgery, Director of Resident Training, and Director of the Cardiothoracic Intensive Care Unit at Hahnemann University Hospital, Philadelphia, PA.

His effective and much admired execution of these functions attests to his abilities to teach, manage, grasp the essentials of challenging situations and provide effective solutions. He is a great listener and weighs issues objectively. We believe this ability will make him an extremely effective contributor to the growth and evolution of MedicMatics Inc.

He was appointed Acting Chairman, Department of Cardiothoracic Surgery in November 1985, a position relinquished after more than a year. He is a Clinical Associate Professor at Hahnemann Hospital of Drexel University. He has authored numerous articles in major surgical and medical journals and has contributed chapters to two textbooks in Cardiovascular Surgery. His analytical ability, subject matter expertise, outstanding judgment and presentation skills have made him a highly sought after speaker.

Dr. Goel has extensive experience in the business world and has been on the Board of two substantial enterprises. This has enhanced his insight into the characteristics essential for a quality oriented enterprise like ours which is dedicated to outstanding customer service.
